Daclyn’s Design Return Policy
At Daclyn’s Design, all our products are custom-made based on client orders and specifications. To ensure the best experience for our clients, we have established the following return policy:

Non-Returnable Items:
Since our designs are personalized and tailored to client specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors caused by inaccurate descriptions or details provided by the client. We encourage clients to carefully review and confirm all details before placing an order. -
Eligible Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if:- The item delivered does not match the order specifications provided by the client (e.g., incorrect design, size, or customization error caused by Daclyn’s Design).
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery (must be reported within 3 days of receipt).

Return Process:
- Clients must contact our office to initiate a return request. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back to our office at the client’s expense.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received.

Refunds and Replacements:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will:- Process a replacement if the issue is confirmed to be our fault.
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
